Chronological Incident Summary Template

A traceable chronology template — one row per event, distinguishing exact vs. approximate time, source of knowledge, supporting record, and open questions.

One row per event, oldest first. Keep observation and inference separate. Estimated facts stay estimated. Do not delete an earlier version — preserve it and add a dated correction. The chronology is a map into the record, not a replacement for it.
