How a personal injury engagement works.
Consultation & Scope
We discuss the matter, what is in dispute, and what fact development would actually move the case forward.
Records & Research
We pull relevant public records, reports, and documents, and identify witnesses and scenes to work.
Scene Work
Where useful, we document and canvass the scene — photographs, conditions, and requests for nearby camera footage — while evidence is still fresh.
Witness Development
We locate and interview witnesses before memories fade, documenting accounts that support or contradict the claim.
Analysis & Timeline
We synthesize records, scene work, and interviews into a coherent timeline and an honest assessment of strengths and gaps.
Reporting & Delivery
You receive organized, defensible work product structured for negotiation or litigation.
Frequently asked.
Can you work on a case that's already been filed?
Yes. We can develop facts at any stage. Earlier is better — scenes change and memories fade — but we are brought in at every point in a matter.
Do you work for plaintiffs or defendants?
Both — and insurers. We develop facts regardless of who retained us. Our methods do not change with the client.
Can you document a scene long after the incident?
Often yes, with limitations. Conditions change over time. We assess what can still be usefully documented and are honest about the limits.
Do you provide medical opinions?
No. We develop facts — records, witness accounts, scene context. Medical conclusions come from qualified medical professionals.
How quickly should I get started?
As soon as possible. Witness memories and scene conditions degrade quickly. The sooner the work begins, the more useful it tends to be.
