Background Investigations & Locates

Finding a name is easy. Establishing who, where, and what matters is the investigation.

All investigative services are currently provided under Frazier Forensics license. Six Echoes LLC is not the agency of record but is available for subcontract work. Frazier Forensics agency license: 29409.

Overview

Not a data broker.

A people-search returns a pile of aggregated records of unknown age and origin. A background investigation establishes who someone is, where they actually are, and what matters — using records, public information, and field work together.

We read records, verify sources, and develop information that aggregated reports can't. Paper trails and people rarely tell the whole story on their own — so we work both.

How It Works

How a background or locate works.

01

Consultation & Scope

We discuss who you're looking for, what you need to know, and why. Context shapes the approach.

02

Records Strategy

We plan which records, databases, and sources are likely to produce — and in what order.

03

Records Research

We pull and read public records, court filings, property, and other documented sources.

04

Trace & Locate

We follow the traces — addresses, relationships, aliases, and gaps — to develop a current location or fuller picture.

05

Field Verification

When records aren't enough, we verify in the field. Paper and people, together.

06

Synthesis & Delivery

We organize what was found into a clear, sourced report — with confidence levels, not guesses.

Why Six Echoes

Why this isn't a people-search.

Database hit ≠ verified fact.

01

Every record is sourced and checked, not aggregated and dumped.

02

Corroboration across independent sources before anything is reported as fact.

03

Confidence levels and limitations stated honestly — no false certainty.

04

Records and field work together — we verify in the world, not just online.

05

Locate work that respects lawful methods and the subject.

06

Next-step recommendations grounded in what the records actually support.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Q01

Is this just a database search?

No. Databases are a starting point, not an answer. We read records, verify sources, and develop information that aggregated reports can't. A background investigation is a developed picture, not a data dump.

Q02

Can you find anyone?

Not anyone, and we won't promise that. But we locate most people — including those who've moved, changed names, or gone quiet. We're honest about what's possible and what isn't before you commit.

Q03

Is locate work legal?

Yes. We use lawful methods and public information. We don't pretext in ways that violate the law, and we don't access protected records without authorization. The methods are legal and the findings are usable.

Q04

How long does a background or locate take?

It varies. Some locates resolve in days; complex backgrounds take longer. We discuss timeline during the initial consultation and keep you updated as it develops.

Q05

Will the subject know they're being researched?

No. Background and locate work is conducted discreetly. Subjects are not contacted unless field verification is requested and appropriate.
