Most people can't leave immediately, and that's normal. Planning doesn't require leaving — it reduces risk within the current situation and prepares for when leaving becomes possible.

I'm being stalked by someone I was never in a relationship with. Can you help?

Yes. Stalking and harassment from non-partners involve real risk, and the planning is different. We tailor the plan to the actual dynamic.

Does safety planning guarantee safety?

No honest service can guarantee safety. What it does is reduce risk, surface the danger points, and give you a plan that improves your options. Anyone who guarantees safety isn't being honest.
