Frequently asked.
How early should investigative support begin?
Early. The most useful work often happens before formal discovery — locating witnesses, preserving evidence, and developing facts while they are still available. That said, we engage at any stage where investigative support can help.
Do you work with both plaintiff and defense counsel?
Yes. We work with plaintiff, defense, and prosecution-adjacent matters. Our commitment is to lawful, documented, honest work — regardless of which side engages us.
Can you testify or serve as an investigator of record?
We can discuss this during consultation. The primary value is in the work product and the field work that produces it. We will be clear about what role we can and cannot play in a specific matter.
How do you handle confidential or sensitive information?
Professionally. The initial inquiry form does not accept file uploads, and we ask that you not send privileged, confidential, medical, or safety-sensitive materials until a conflict check is complete and a secure transfer method is arranged. Confidentiality and information handling are established in writing before any work begins.
What if the investigation doesn't support our theory of the case?
We report what we find — honestly. Work product that hides unfavorable facts undermines a case. We will tell you what we found, including what doesn't fit, so you can make informed decisions.
