Process Serving & Document Retrieval
Service of process, records retrieval, courthouse work, and related field support. Reliable field support for attorneys who need things done correctly the first time.
Neutral Third-Party Observer
Professional, impartial presence for civil standbys, custody exchanges, property transfers, and high-friction situations where a neutral witness reduces conflict and preserves an accurate record. We are not anyone's advocate in the moment — we are there to observe, document, and provide a calm presence.
Court-Connected Mediation
Impartial, neutral mediation for court-referred and civil disputes — parenting plans, family, property, and small-claims matters — facilitated by a mediator trained at the Thurston County Dispute Resolution Center. A mediator is not an advocate or investigator; the role is to keep the conversation structured, the process fair, and the agreement the parties' own.
