How quickly can you serve documents?
Routine service usually completes within a few days; rush service is available for tight deadlines. We confirm timing at intake and keep you updated as it progresses.
What if the person avoids service?
We don't just try once and give up. We attempt at varied hours and locations, document each attempt, and use locate work when an address is bad. Diligence is part of the service.
Do you provide notarized affidavits?
Yes. Every completed service comes with a signed, notarized affidavit of service detailing who was served, when, where, and how — ready to file.
Can you retrieve records from any courthouse?
We cover Pierce, King, and Thurston counties directly and handle statewide requests by arrangement. If a courthouse is outside our range, we'll tell you up front rather than overpromise.
How do you charge?
Process serving and records retrieval are typically billed per job plus mileage and any official fees. We discuss cost at intake so there are no surprises.
